Jain Two Layer PVC pipe is yet another product in the PVC pipe category with the sole purpose to be used in greenhouse irrigation systems where system temperature is above normal and precise irrigation becomes a challenging task with the use of normal uPVC pipe. Jain Two layer pipe having outer white layer helps in mitigating the heat effect on the PVC pipe and reduces the distortions due to heat. The outer white layer helps to reflect the maximum falling heat energy on pipe surface and tries to reduce the adverse effects due to heat absorption by pipe which may result in pipe shape distortion causing uneven flow pattern through the sprinklers mounted on these pipes.

These pipes are designed to operate between temperature zero up to 45 Degree celcius under a maximum operating pressure of 5 bar. Other possible external loads and/or chemicals which this pipe may be exposed to and which can shorten its lifespan must be taken into account
