Features and Specifications:

• Mild steel filter body.

• Powder coated with 70 to 80 micron thick deep blue coloured pure polyester from both inside and outside surface for protection against corrosion and weather effects.

• Disc made of engineering plastic.

• Three dimensional disc filter element ensures high filtration efficiency.

• Disc element construction allows easy cleaning under flowing water.

• Available in standard mesh of 100 micron size. (other mesh sizes available on request).

• Flow direction from outside of the filtering element to inside. (Out to In).

• Three way valve assembly for easy monitoring of inlet & outlet pressure.

• Maximum operating pressure 10 kg/cm² (142 psi).

• On request, Disclean can also be supplied with automatic flushing option.

• Disclean filter can also be supplied with stainless steel body.

Applications:

• Efficiently prevents the irrigation system from clogging due to physical and organic impurities..

Example: DCLM25 - This code represents Disclean™ filter of 25 m³/hr flow ‘L’ type with mild steel construction.
Note: • Disclean filter of 50 m³/hr flow capacity and 3” BSP male threaded inlet outlet connection is also available in plastic body ‘L’ Type.
Please specify code as DCLP50.
• For automatic flushing change above code as DCLM25A instead of DCLM25.
• Disclean Filter of any other flow capacity or end connections can be supplied on request.
Specially desinged support stand can be supplied with Disclean™ - L. Please specify code as DCLM25S.
