Brush-Clean™

Features and Specifications:

• Available in mild steel construction.

• Powder coated with 70 to 80 micron thick deep blue coloured pure polyester from both inside and outside surface for protection against corrosion and weather effects.

• Provided with stainless steel wired brush with externally mounted handle for efficient on-line cleaning of the screen.

• Wire brush option reduces frequent cleaning and lower the maintenance and labour costs.

• Flow direction from inside of the element to outside (In to Out).

• Available in standard mesh of 100 micron size. (other mesh sizes available on request).

• Three way valve assembly for easy monitoring of inlet & outlet pressure.

• Standard end connections are BSP male thread. Please specify for other end connections. (NPT male thread or Easy-Fix™).

• Maximum operating pressure 10 kg/cm² (142 psi).

• Brush-Clean filter can also be supplied in stainless steel material.

Applications:

• Useful in micro irrigation system where filter element clogs frequently due to poor water quality.
