Fertigation Solutions

Piston Operated Electrical Dosing Pump & Piston Operated Dosing Pump

  • Operation in Pulse type.

  • Dosing flow is adjustable.

  • High chemical resistance.

  • Easy installation.

  • Available in different ranges(50,100,200,300,500,1000 lph).

Automatic Fertigation Systems

  • Any crop must receive all of the nutrients at a specific EC (electric conductivity) and pH (acidity) level.

  • Therefore, the fertigation must be carried out according to the Ec / pH of the irrigation water.

  • Another advantage of irrigation according to Ec / pH control is the ability to maintain the desired concentration of the fertilizer in the water regardless of preparation error, material chemistry construction etc.

FERTIJET(Bypass System)

  • This machine injects liquid fertilizers in the mainline. Since this machine injects from outside, it is called as bypass system.

  • It has a Ec/pH monitor & electronic venturies, which are connected to controller.

  • This machine can fit easily on the existing system also, with range from 1'' to 4''.

  • This is an inline system. Water & fertilizers are mixed in the tank. The machine has Ec & pH monitors & electronic venturies. After desired mixing, the solution is pumped to the field.

  • Standard models available are 9, 25, 35 & 60 cubic meters / hr. at 2.5-3 bar.

Filter Backwash Controller : Filt-O-Clean®

Features and Specifications

  • For controlling automatic periodical backwash operation of media filters.

  • Flush time can be set from 0 to 59 minutes in one minute increments

  • Wait interval can be set from 1 minute to 23 hrs & 59 minutes.

  • Facility to operate on pressure differential mode.

  • Available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 station models. Higher models can be supplied on demand.

  • .Can be supplied with optional solar power facility.

Operating with Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) system

All DC controllers can also be operated with solar energy. In this case a solar kit consisting of Solar Photovoltaic module (panel), battery of required capacity & charge controller is essential. The scheme of connections is shown below.

Solar kit is an optional unit; but useful where AC supply is absent or not reliable. In this system, the battery supplies the required voltage to the controller & Solar panel is used to charge the battery. The system can be designed in such a way that even in absence of sunlight for almost two days, the controller will be powered with solar kit.
