Objective

Traffic signals have become a valuable tool for ensuring smooth traffic flow throughout the city. Conventional Traffic signals use incandescent lamps consuming high amount of electrical energy and are prone to frequent failure of lamps and fading of reflectors. These are major constraints in their operation. The frequent failure of these traffic signals cause confusion to the traffic and the fading of the reflector results in drastic luminous depreciation leading to poor visibility of signal. Also, the replacement costs of above components and the labor costs make the system maintenance very expensive in addition to heavy electricity bills.

Jain Jyot solar traffic signal system is having super bright LEDs consuming very less electrical energy, long life & is powered by solar energy.
