Jain PE Pipes and Pipe Fittings are available in a vast range, Whatever may be your application... We have the PE Piping System. Range of pipe sizes in various Thermoplastics starts from 3mm dia. to 1000mm dia that can be installed on surface, buried, slip lined, trench less, floating and submerged. Fluids transported include, water, waste-water, compressed gases / air, odorous and corrosive gasses, chemicals and hazardous wastes / effluents. Solids conveyed include coal ash, slurries, sand and cables.
Whatever we manufacture we have aligned with conservation, Water & Energy conservation and nature protection with our products like Plastic Piping Systems, Solar Water heating Systems, Micro Irrigation Systems, Food Processing and Plastic Sheets. This unique range of products complemented by excellent quality and services.
Jains have been in PE pipe production since 1987 and have perfected the extrusion and co-extrusion of the PE pipes with state of the art machines and down the line equipment to ensure quality and strict adherence to standards.
Jains manufacture PE pipes confirming to IS-4984, ISO-4427 and 4437, DIN - 8074 and BS - 6437 and BSNL specifications. All pipe fittings are made available for quick-fit, compression jointing, butt-welding, electro-fusion welding and Sure-Loc® jointing systems.
Jains have fully utilized capacity of 200,000 MT per annum out of which 35,000 MT account for uPVC pipes and the balance 29,000 MT account for other thermoplastic pipes majority of which is Polyethylene(20,000 MT) of different grades PE-63, PE-80 and PE-100.
Our unending efforts in the pursuit of excellence appropriately blended with our ongoing Research and Development efforts have earned the Company the highest R & D awards of the country and numerous other recognitions & awards for their performance in Exports and Marketing. The various Units manufacturing thermoplastic piping systems in Jain Irrigation Systems Limited have been accredited with ISO 9001 certification. We have an R & D laboratory with a vast range of routine test facilities in addition to many sophisticated equipment inthe category of state of the art technology. This laboratory is approved by DSIR i.e. Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology and is also a two-time recipient of the National Award from the same Department for its R & D efforts in Industry.
