JAIN HDPE - PLB OPTICAL FIBRE CABLE DUCTS

  • Jain Co-Extrusion process was developed in-house by JAINS in their R&D facility during 1993.
  • Jain HDPE Ducts (permanently lubricated) is the result of innovative development in co-extrusion by JAINS.
  • It is the versatile and unique solution for High Speed Air Blowing of Optical Fibre Cable.
  • Jain Cable Ducts are manufactured with state-of-the-art machinery using latest processing technology and fulfill the performance requirement of National and International specifications.
  • Approved by BSNL under TEC specification G/CDS-08/02 November 2004.
  • Approved vendor and supplier to PGCIL, IOCL, GSPL, BSNL, MTNL Tata Tele, Hutch in India and also many customers in other countries as well. Can specially deliver tailor-made as per specifications to suit customer's requirement.
  • Supplied in coils of various lengths upto to 110 mm.
  • Supplied with pre-inserted PP rope on request.

JAIN SILICOAT® PE DUCT

Jain Silicoat® PE Duct is extruded from selected high quality virgin HDPE material and co-extruded with special lubricant that is distributed uniformly along the entire inner surface of the duct providing a low friction smooth surface for easy cable drawing or blowing. The outer HDPE shell makes the pipe more tough and durable and enables the duct to withstand the pressure during HSAB of cable as well as retains the roundness under soil pressure and traffic load. Jain Silicoat® PE Ducts conform to BSNL specification & has type approval certificate.

JAIN SELF LUBRICATED PE DUCT

Jains now manufacture Jain SLB PE Duct which is the latest innovation from their R&D. JAIN SLB PE ducts are manufactured with high performing virgin HDPE material with the inner surface of the duct self lubricated by homogenous construction to give a smooth finish and low co-efficient of friction. Jain SLB PE Ducts have the same constructional stability and strength as that of Jain Silicoat® PE Duct and can withstand the pressure during HSAB as well as traffic load. JAIN SLB PE ducts conform to BSNL Specification and has Type Approval Certificate.

JAIN RIBBED WALLED DUCT

Jain Ducts can also be supplied with inner lubricated area in ribbed form. Ribbed Wall is ideal for pulling or jetting cable, thus reducing surface contact with cable during installation. It is available in various sizes and colours.

Concentric layers of tough HDPE outer shell co-extruded with an inner layer of solid special Lubricant.
Low co-efficient of friction for easy, safe and fast installation of OFC by High Speed Air Blowing without damage to duct. Can withstand blowing pressure of 140 to 150 psi. Cables can be removed and re-blown number of times.
Available in Orange, Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, Purple, Grey and Black colours. Other colours on demand.
Easy identification of cables installed.
Available in coils of 250, 500 and 1000 meters. Coils of 2000 and 3000 meters & Duct Wound on wooden/steel drums can be made available on demand.
Reduces the joints in the network. Reduced cost of installation and time.
Every metre of duct in the coil marked with progressive measurement.
Ensures accurate installation and measurement.
Ducts with pre-inserted rope for pulling cable available on demand.
Provides an alternative to HSAB of cable when equipment and expertise not available with the provider.
Pressurized coils with compressed air up to 1 kg/cm² is available.
This helps easy identification of damaged ducts prior to installation to avoid trouble in cable blowing.
Duct coils are provided with end seals.
The end seals prevent dirt and soil entry in to the duct during duct laying and safe guards duct till cable blowing.
Blowing of cables can be undertaken on request. Requisite accessories like Joiner, End Plugs, Duct Cutter, Spanner etc. Available.
