Warranty

Jain Irrigation Systems Limited warrants to its customers against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship of products and/or their parts manufactured by them subject to the products being used in accordance with the specifications and guidelines for recommended purposes for a period as given in this warranty from the date of billing to the original buyer.

During such warranty period, Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., will repair or replace solely at its option, any part found to be defective or the entire product or refund part or full cost of the product at purchase price, which Jain Irrigation Systems Limited, finds to be defective due to material used or workmanship. Under no circumstances Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., against this warranty, will be liable for payment of any other charges/liability whatsoever other than mentioned above.

This warranty does not cover cost of repair or replacement of part and/or product due to improper installation/maintenance, alteration, tampering, and modification of the product.

This warranty does not cover damages inflicted by insects, worms, beetles, crickets, rodents, squirrels and other pests/animals/creatures or by miscreants and/or due to natural calamities such as hailstorm, lightening, flood, fire, earthquakes as well as theft, riot, civil commotion or war etc.

This warranty does not cover products which are bought-out and supplied and/or installed by Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd.,

This warranty comes in to effect from the date of billing and will cover a period mentioned below against each item from the date of billing. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to notify the Authorized Dealer from whom the materials were purchased in writing within 30 days of receipt of materials at their end. However, no claims will be entertained beyond 45 days from the date of billing.

This warranty does not cover transit damages and claims for such damages should be preferred with the Carrier or Insurance Company immediately on receipt and inspection of materials at the buyers' end.

This warranty does not cover standard spares and consumables required for routine maintenance.

Jain's undertaking to repair or replace under this warranty as given above is the one and only warranty issued by them. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied. Jains will not be liable to any party in strict liability, contract, Tort or any other manner for damages caused or claimed to be caused as a result of any design or defect in Jain's products or for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any nature.
