The year 1962 saw Shri. B.H. Jain entering business in a small way serving the agricultural community, which has now blossomed into a multi-crore Corporation. In these forty years, he has realized his vision and forged an innovative and integrated system approach implementing manufacture of a full range of products and components coupled with complete services supported by a 1000 acre applied research, demo and training farm. Not stopping at this, as a forward integration, he has also created world class fruit and vegetable processing facilities for completing the value chain and cementing its linkages with farming community.

That is what Jain Irrigation Systems Limited - Jalgaon is today.

There is more to Jain Irrigation than irrigation.

Apart from Micro Irrigation System supply, Jains undertake turnkey projects for total agricultural development. With 300 agri scientists, technologists and technicians, Jains are well equipped to render Consultancy for project planning and implementation. Tissue culture with a fully utilized capacity of 3 million Grand Naine Banana plants per annum provides farmers with high yielding, decease-free plants.

We have dedicated ourselves to the development of agriculture and agro-processing by adopting an integrated approach.

First, we help the farmer to produce more and better quality produce by providing genetically superior planting materials, development of water, efficient water source management, fertigation and agronomical guidance. We are the largest supplier of these products and services to growers in India. We then buy specific fruits & vegetables and process these at our most modern vegetable dehydration and fruit processing facilities. These have been set-up in the midst of the fertile Tapi river valley to produce finest quality vegetables and fruits. All these are being supported by professional extension services to the contract growers and other farmers. At field level, our Research & Development and Demonstration Centre is the only one of its kind in Private Sector in India. The Centre is managed by committed, experienced & qualified Horticulturists, Biologists, Agronomists, Entomologists and Soil Scientists.
